Yes. Complimentary carer tickets are available for visitors who require a carer or support to attend the exhibition. Please select the carer ticket option during checkout and follow the instructions on the booking page, including what proof of entitlement to bring with you on the day. You do not need to complete a separate form, email us, or contact us in advance.

The exhibition usually takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, but it varies as some customers like to take more time than others, so we don’t limit anyone to a maximum length of visit.

Yes, our arrival times are every half an hour, and if you book the last slot of the day, you will still have plenty of time to see everything without needing to rush.

No food or drink is allowed into the exhibition.

Yes. We offer two audio guides, both priced at £5 each:

  • Our standard audio guide, designed for adults and general visitors.

  • A special children’s audio guide, which includes a fun activity sheet to complete while exploring the exhibition.

Audio guides can be added when booking your tickets or purchased at the exhibition, subject to availability.

Yes, we have several short video points with seating, and if you need a longer rest, you are able to leave for a pit stop and come back in again if needed.

Yes, you can make any changes to your ticket date or time by going to “Manage my booking” which will be in your confirmation email.

If you have purchased X-cover, please contact them via the details provided in your original ticket confirmation email and they will be able to help process a refund for you.

If you do not have X-Cover protection, please go to “Manage my booking” which will be in your original email confirmation, and from here you can request a refund through Ticket source.

If you cannot locate your tickets they may have gone into your junk folder, so it is worth checking there, and if you can’t see them please don’t worry, as we can check you in using your name when you arrive.
