Titanic Tickets and choosing an exhibition
Titanic Tickets is the central place to discover and book White Star Heritage exhibitions in different locations. Because venues and exhibition editions vary, select your city or location before relying on practical details such as dates, opening times, prices, facilities, accessibility and included features.
Choose the location and edition that best matches the experience you want. The Titanic Exhibition is White Star Heritage’s established touring exhibition and may include a larger mix of artefacts, interpretation, recreated environments, audio-visual content and interactive elements. Titanic in 101 Objects is a deliberately focused, object-led edition built around 101 artefacts. The location page is the definitive guide to what is included in your chosen visit.
Every edition is centred on authentic artefacts, real people and careful historical interpretation. Visitors follow Titanic’s story from design and construction through life on board, the maiden voyage, the sinking, rescue, inquiry, rediscovery and continuing legacy. The balance of objects, scenic elements, video, sound, activities and live interpretation depends on the edition and venue.
Yes. Authentic artefacts and traceable stories are the foundation of White Star Heritage’s exhibitions. Labels and interpretation explain what an item is and how it relates to the story. Recreations, archive images and other interpretive material may also be used, but these should not be presented as original artefacts.
Not necessarily. An exhibition may include material connected directly with Titanic, her passengers or crew, as well as White Star Line, Olympic-class liners, the Edwardian period, the wreck site and later exploration or remembrance. The label beside each object explains its individual provenance and significance.
Not always. Titanic Tickets brings together several touring editions, and photographs may show previous or current installations at different venues. The collection, layout and supporting features are adapted to each space. Use the page for your chosen location—and any captions or feature list on that page—as the most accurate description of your visit.
No single supporting feature is included at every location. Depending on the venue and edition, an exhibition may include recreated spaces, scenic builds, video, sound, illuminated interpretation, passenger identities, activity resources or hands-on elements. A feature should be treated as included only when it is stated on the relevant location or booking page.
Some exhibitions use costumed interpretation, actors, talks or appearances by members of the expert team. These can make a visit especially engaging, but they are not a guaranteed part of general admission unless they are specifically included in the ticket or session you book. People, schedules and live elements may change because of illness, operational needs or circumstances outside our control.
No particular artefact, speaker, actor or supporting feature is guaranteed. The collection and programme may need to change for conservation, safety, staffing or operational reasons. The location page describes the planned overall offer, but customers should not book on the assumption that one specific object or person will be present.
Titanic in 101 Objects
Titanic in 101 Objects is a focused, museum-style edition of White Star Heritage’s touring exhibition. Exactly 101 artefacts carry the story, with each object opening a different window onto the ship, the people who built and sailed her, the night of the sinking and the legacy that followed.
It is better understood as a different curatorial approach. The experience is deliberately concentrated around a defined selection of 101 artefacts rather than the wider mix of scenic and interpretive elements that may appear in the Titanic Exhibition. Its value lies in focus, close looking and the stories revealed by the objects.
Yes. The 101 artefacts are used to tell a complete chronological story—from Titanic’s conception and construction to life on board, the disaster, rescue, investigation, rediscovery and legacy. The format is focused, but the narrative is not limited to a single chapter.
The central promise is the 101 artefacts and their stories. Do not assume that scenic builds, recreations, interactive technology, live actors or expert appearances from another exhibition are included. Any additional features will be described on the page for the relevant location.
Every Titanic in 101 Objects edition will contain 101 objects, but no individual object is guaranteed. The exact selection can change because of conservation requirements, new research or operational needs. The location page and on-site labels provide the most current information, and customers should not book solely to see one particular object.
Planning your visit
Titanic Tickets covers exhibitions in more than one city and venue. Select your location to see the full address, dates, opening times, travel information and booking link. When contacting us, always state the exhibition location you mean.
The main Titanic Exhibition usually takes around 1½ to 2 hours, although some visitors move through more quickly and others choose to spend longer. The duration of Titanic in 101 Objects varies with the venue and layout, so check the relevant location page for any specific guidance. Visit length is an estimate rather than a fixed running time because everyone explores at a different pace.
Yes. The final entry time at each venue is planned to give visitors ample time to complete that edition of the exhibition, provided they arrive on time. The venue must still close at the advertised time, so please do not arrive later than the slot shown on your ticket.
Please arrive at the time shown on your ticket and allow extra time for travel, parking, queues or venue security. Timed entry helps manage visitor flow. If you arrive late, the team will help where capacity and opening hours allow, but entry outside your booked slot cannot be guaranteed and a missed slot is not automatically refundable.
Re-entry depends on the venue and the ticketing arrangements for that location. Ask a member of the team before leaving so that your ticket can be handled correctly. Do not assume that re-entry is available unless the local information or on-site team confirms it.
Travel and parking information is listed on the relevant location page or the venue’s own website. Parking may be free, paid, pre-bookable or unavailable depending on the venue. White Star Heritage cannot control road, rail, weather or parking disruption, so please plan ahead and allow additional time.
Facilities vary between venues. Select your location and review its practical information, accessibility details and venue link. If a facility is essential to your visit and is not listed, contact us before booking so we can check the current arrangements.
Tickets, booking changes and refunds
Start on TitanicTickets.com, select your city and use the official booking link shown for that location. We recommend buying only through the official route or an expressly authorised partner. Tickets bought from an unauthorised reseller may be invalid and may not be supported by our team.
Prices, age bands, concessions, group offers, booking fees and optional extras can vary by venue, date and edition. The checkout page for your chosen location shows the current price and what each ticket includes before payment. Information for one city should not be assumed to apply to another.
Check your junk, spam and promotions folders, then search for the exhibition name, booking platform or the email address used at checkout. Use any resend or ‘Manage my booking’ link offered by the ticketing platform. If you still cannot find the booking, email tickets@whitestarheritage.com with your full name, location, visit date and the email address used to book. Please do this before travelling where possible.
More than three days before your visit, use the ‘Manage My Booking’ facility in your TicketSource confirmation, where available. Subject to availability, you may be able to move to another date, time or White Star Heritage exhibition. The booking system will refund the difference if the replacement is cheaper or ask you to pay the difference if it is more expensive. Within three days of the visit, contact White Star Heritage directly. Late changes are discretionary and not guaranteed; if we arrange a cheaper transfer within this period, no partial refund will be due. A transferred booking remains non-refundable if you later become unable to attend.
Tickets are non-refundable except where White Star Heritage is responsible for an error, cancellation or material change, or where another remedy is required by law. Illness or injury, travel disruption, adverse weather, work or family commitments, personal plans, booking the wrong date or venue, and deciding not to attend do not normally qualify for a refund. Contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend: where reasonably possible, we will try to help with a change or transfer, but this is subject to availability and does not create an entitlement to a refund.
TicketSource Refund Protection is provided by XCover and is separate from the exhibition’s refund policy. If your circumstances may be covered, submit your claim directly to XCover using the details in your confirmation email. XCover decides eligibility under its own terms and evidence requirements; White Star Heritage does not administer claims and cannot guarantee or influence the outcome. Refund Protection cannot normally be added after the booking has been completed.
If White Star Heritage cancels an exhibition, moves the booked event to another venue, significantly changes the date or makes another material change to the service purchased, the lead booker will be contacted using the details supplied at checkout. Depending on the circumstances, the options may include a transfer, an alternative date or an appropriate refund. Keep your contact details accurate and check your junk folder.
Contact us as soon as possible with all relevant order numbers. More than three days before the visit, use ‘Manage My Booking’ for any available change. Within three days—or after a missed visit—we may consider a transfer where reasonably possible, but this is discretionary and not guaranteed. Wrong bookings, duplicate purchases, no-shows and unused tickets do not normally qualify for a refund, and buying a replacement does not cancel the original order.
A completed visit does not normally qualify for a refund because of personal expectations, preferences or opinions about the exhibition, including its format, presentation, interpretation, creative or curatorial choices, duration or perceived value. Visitors naturally move through at different speeds. This does not affect your rights if the experience was materially misrepresented or materially different from what was advertised.
Minor operational, scheduling, staffing, display or artefact changes that do not materially alter the overall experience do not normally create a right to a refund. If a significant advertised element was unavailable, you were incorrectly refused admission with a valid ticket, or something else materially went wrong with the service provided, contact us so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution where White Star Heritage is responsible.
The terms presented for your specific ticket at checkout, together with any mandatory legal rights, take priority. Tickets purchased through an authorised third-party seller or promotional partner may also be subject to that provider’s terms. If the third party collected payment, White Star Heritage may not be able to issue a refund directly. This central FAQ explains the general approach but does not replace location-specific, ticket-specific or seller-specific conditions.
Accessibility and comfort
Yes. Complimentary carer tickets are available for visitors who require a carer or support to attend. Select the carer ticket option during TicketSource checkout. The booking journey explains the accepted proof of entitlement and asks you to confirm at several stages that it will be brought on the day. You do not need to complete a separate form or email us in advance; simply follow the checkout instructions and bring the required evidence.
We aim to make our exhibitions as accessible as possible, but routes, entrances, lifts, surfaces, parking and facilities are venue-specific. Check the accessibility information for your chosen location before booking. If you have particular access requirements, contact us with the location and details so we can give the most accurate current advice.
The amount and position of seating vary by venue and edition. Some locations have seats near video or interpretation points, but continuous seating throughout the route should not be assumed. Check the local accessibility information or contact us before your visit if regular rest points are important.
Some editions may use low light, illuminated displays, sound effects, video or atmospheric spaces. The story also includes loss of life and material that some visitors may find emotional. Exact sensory features vary by location. Contact us before booking if you need more detail to plan a comfortable visit.
Assistance-dog arrangements follow the rules and facilities of the host venue. Check the location’s accessibility information or contact us before travelling. Please tell us the city and date so we can confirm the correct venue guidance.
Email tickets@whitestarheritage.com before your visit with the exhibition location, date and the adjustment or information you need. We will work with the venue to explain what is available. Please avoid sending medical details that are not necessary for us to understand the request.
Families, schools and groups
The exhibition is designed to be accessible to families and can open up conversations about history, engineering, society and the people on board. It also deals respectfully with a real disaster and loss of life. Parents and carers should use their judgement for children who may be sensitive to dark spaces, sound effects or emotional content.
Age bands and supervision rules are shown on the booking page for each location and may differ between ticket types or special events. Select tickets according to the ages on the date of the visit. Children and young people must be supervised in accordance with the conditions for the venue and ticket booked.
Yes, subject to the education offer, age policy, capacity and operating days for the selected location. Email tickets@whitestarheritage.com before booking. Include the city, preferred dates, age or year group, number of learners, number of accompanying adults, accessibility needs and any learning aims.
The eligible ages and any required adult-to-pupil ratios are set for each education programme and venue. Please check the local schools information or contact us before confirming transport or payment. The general child-ticket age band is not necessarily the same as the school-booking policy.
Education and family resources vary by exhibition. Some locations may offer activity packs, worksheets, a children’s audio guide, facilitated learning or costumed interpretation. These are included only where they are listed for the chosen location or agreed as part of a group booking.
Group options depend on capacity, venue arrangements and the exhibition schedule. Email tickets@whitestarheritage.com with the location, preferred date and time, group size, age profile and any access or catering requirements. Please wait for written confirmation before arranging travel.
Audio guides and visiting the exhibition
Audio guides are venue-specific and are not available at every edition of either the Titanic Exhibition or Titanic in 101 Objects. Where offered, a standard guide and/or a paid children’s guide may be available. The current children’s guide is not a bring-your-own-device guide. Availability, collection instructions and any price will be shown on the relevant location page or its local FAQs.
No. Food and drink must not be carried or consumed while walking through the exhibition because some items are delicate and require a carefully controlled environment. You may be asked to put food or drink away before entering or while inside. If you have a medical, disability-related, infant-feeding or similar essential need, speak to the on-site team so it can be handled reasonably in line with the venue’s arrangements.
Personal photography is usually welcome where signage allows, but flash, tripods, selfie sticks, drones, professional equipment, live streaming or commercial filming may be restricted. Do not photograph people who have not consented, and follow any no-photography notices around sensitive objects or material.
Bag searches, size limits, storage and pushchair access are set by the host venue. Large luggage may not be admitted and secure storage cannot be assumed. Check the practical information for your location before travelling, especially if you are arriving from a station or airport.
Please do not touch artefacts, cases or barriers unless a display is clearly identified as hands-on. Some exhibitions include objects or activities designed for interaction; staff and signage will show what may be handled safely.
Retail, guidebooks, lectures, expert passes and other extras vary by location and may have separate prices, times or availability. Only items shown on the location or checkout page are part of the offer for that exhibition.
Contact the host venue first, as it normally manages items found on site. If you are unsure who to contact, email tickets@whitestarheritage.com with the exhibition location, date, approximate time and a clear description of the item. Do not include sensitive information such as full card details.
Contact and booking help
Email tickets@whitestarheritage.com. To help us answer accurately, state the exhibition location, visit date, lead booker’s name and order number. If your question is about access, a school or a group, include the relevant requirements and numbers.
Use any same-day contact details in your confirmation email or on the location page, or speak to the venue team on arrival. Email is suitable for most enquiries, but a response before your entry time cannot be guaranteed. Keep your ticket and order number available.
